VOQUEZNA 20 mg and 10 mg pill bottles
EROSIVE HEALING
VOQUEZNA 20 mg pill
20 mg once daily
For 8 weeks for the healing of Erosive GERD and relief of associated heartburn in adults.
EROSIVE MAINTENANCE
VOQUEZNA 10 mg pill
10 mg once daily
For up to 6 months for the maintenance of healing of Erosive GERD and relief of associated heartburn in adults.
NON-EROSIVE HEARTBURN RELIEF
VOQUEZNA 10 mg pill
10 mg once daily
For 4 weeks for the relief of heartburn associated with Non‑Erosive GERD in adults.

If a dose is missed:

  • Administer VOQUEZNA as soon as possible—within 12 hours
  • If more than 12 hours have passed, skip the missed dose and administer the next dose at the regularly scheduled time

Recommended dosage in patients with renal and hepatic impairment:

  • For the healing of Erosive GERD and relief of heartburn in patients with renal impairment, no dose adjustment is recommended in patients with an estimated eGFR of 30 mL/min or greater. For patients with eGFR less than 30 mL/min, the recommended dose is 10 mg once daily
  • For the healing of Erosive GERD and relief of heartburn in patients with hepatic impairment, no dose adjustment is recommended in patients classified as Child-Pugh Class A. For patients classified as Child-Pugh Class B or C, the recommended dose is 10 mg once daily
